■Expedition to Finland 2018: Day Four

It’s the fourth day of our expedition. The opening ceremony of Gymnaestrada is to be held today.

In the morning, we went to the place where we are going to have our workshop tomorrow, and then the venue of our performance. The venue hasn’t been set up yet, so we couldn’t practice there. Maybe we will have to give our performance without a rehearsal tomorrow…

We went back to the place for our workshop and did some training. Although we couldn’t practice the tumbling part, we did pretty well on other parts of our routine. Now we’re looking forward to showing our performance tomorrow!

Then we assembled at a plaza for the opening ceremony. Countless excited people were already there. We started marching through the city and arrived at a church in the center. Along the way, citizens who were looking forward to our performance waved to us and rooted for the gymnasts.
